How does the discount work?

We work with hand-picked luxury villas all over the world — wherever you are heading, we find the perfect villa for you.

We search the web continuously for the price of each villa, and we keep the best one we find. That is our starting point — not a list price, but the lowest price actually available out there.

And then we go further: we take your dates to the villa and negotiate a booking proposal directly with its owner, so you get a discount on top of that best price.

How it works

1. Choose your dates. You will see the reference price, your price, and exactly how much you save.
2. Send your proposal. You advance only a small part of the stay. It is held on your card, not charged.
3. The villa’s owner answers.* If they accept, your booking is confirmed and you pay the rest directly to them on arrival. If they decline, the hold is released and you pay nothing at all.

You do not have to compare anything, or ask us for anything. Our system does the searching, keeps the lowest price it finds, and applies your discount on top of it automatically.
